ATFs weak arguments have been getting destroyed in the courts so I dont concede anything.
With the sheer volume of pistol-braced firearms and the existence of Personal Defense Weapons and pistol-carbines dating back at least to the late 1800s, there isnt a historical context from which they can claim any precedent for infringements in their favor.
