Judge is upset he can't change the interpritation of our gun rights

This judge is upset he had to rule on a gun case the way the Supreme Court determined was Constitutional..He is actually admitting they have been changing the meaning of our rights to fit their new social constructs throughout the years.. Someone should inform this over educated moron about the repeal process to change our Constitution, but I'm sure he already knew about it..Of course they know the Constitutional way wouldn't pass, so if it can't be done legally they will just change the meaning.. Unbelievable!
