Water removal from GRSC scope interior?

I have an old GRSC 1-4 thats got some noticeable water spots inside the tube when it is dialed down to 1x. At 4x I dont really notice it. Any suggestions? I first noticed it when I was living in the desert in AZ, Im current in KS where the humidity is noticeably greater if that makes any difference.
