Why did changing buffers change my POI?

i agree that it is a guess with limited information in a situation in which there are many possible explanations that fit the facts but i do think this is the most likely explanation given my (limited) background knowledge

i dont think unreliable group size methodology or reporting of group sizes makes it likely that someone would lie or be confused about brass being torn up
