6.5 PRC kinda makes 6.5 Creedmoor, .260 Rem, and even 6.5x284 pointless when looking at performance.
A guy I ran a private course for before his elk hunt last year had a carbon fiber 6.5 PRC rifle that weighed almost nothing. Whatever the rifle builder did when assembling that stick, it had almost no recoil.
22 barrel, 143gr ELD-X at 3150fps. Thing is a laser. Hornady factory ammo varied greatly by lot though. One lot would shoot .75 composite groups between the 2 of us. The other lot shot 4 low, 4 right of that, 1.7.
Trade-off is barrel life.
