27 States have filed a lawsuit against the ATF and DOJ over this case, so something is going to have to give.
That sort of legal momentum and gravity doesnt just go away.
The ATF Director was grilled harder than any Ive seen 2 weeks ago:

Until we get a SCOTUS ruling though, were left in limbo. The Senate isnt going to accept any legislation nor would Pedo Pete sign it anyway of course. Hes the one who demanded ATF go on the attack since he wasnt having much luck with executive overreach.
This case really is in the hands of the States and SCOTUS for those who seek permission from others to exercise their rights.
