The one I shot a few nights back, I didn't find for 2 days, so no pic. "pew". It was in brush so thick the buzzards struggled to get to it.

Ive mostly bow hunted since the early 80s. All Trad/Primitive since the late 80s. No one I know likes wounding anything but, you hunt long enough, it happens! I used to get all worked about it until I had a Game Biologist friend tell me the worse thing you can do, from an ecological viewpoint, is completely remove the animal from the ecosystem. If you wound it, cant find it, then its eventually is just returned to the ecosystem, nothing lives forever.Then everything gets to eat! Scavengers, birds, insects and eventually even the flora benefits, everything. Nothing goes to waste! Thats worth repeating, nothing ever goes to waste! Let the biologist set the quota and then go hunt! If you lose one once in a while, its baked into the cake! However
