Agree with Klem that the Forster is not minimalist and that a mid-range single stage will meet the needs. (The Forster can readily be one's second press -- hold off on progressive presses until you are sure the volume of shooting justifies the added expense.)

Sure it works but after the first fifty rounds the individual will be looking for a powder measure.
