I would be cautious about the Forster Co-AX if all you want is a minimalist spend. The CO-AX leans towards best quality, with a price tag to match. A single-stage at half the price will load just as good ammo.
If you get into long-term loading you might regret not going top shelf to start with, but minimalist is what you want right now.
