Howa/ruger/CZ pros and cons

I have a Cz 527 American and I like if fine but I like having an internal magazine and flush floor plate like Jefferson Outdoors (HPK sells). I’m not sure if both options could be accommodated but three to four round internal mag would be enough for me.
