I have around 5 different Geissele triggers but have gotten to where I only buy the National Match. I have no problems with my National Matches but I add in a touch more sear engagement to them. Sometimes I think they cut it a bit too close on sear engagement in the non adjustable triggers. My Super 700 came that way. No matter how lightly you tried to sneak up on the wall, bam it would let go. A little extra engagement stopped it and put it in my sweet spot.

Have you seen a few Geissele SSA-E doing this? It could be your lower. It doesn't take much for those two holes to be out of spec.
