Thought I'd jump in and give my favorite muzzle brake for every caliber. Witt Machine makes ready-to-ship brakes for .30 and 5.56, but offers the custom option for any caliber you have. I have already used 3 of them. One for my AR-10/308, a .50 Beowulf AR pistol and my custom made AR-10 in .22-250. I am currently building my 6.5 Grendel now, and I will be ordering one for this. They consistently add approximately 8-10 dB in noise pressure, however they totally help with recoil and muzzle rise beautifully. Spec your caliber, cerakote color, thread pattern and you're ready to go. These have five fins with multiple ports up top, and they are hands-down gorgeous on every rifle.
