I feel your pain with Fedex but UPS & the Post Office both suck at times too - the USPS more than UPS. What can we do? We're stuck with one of them whenever we buy something online. Amazon isn't much better & don't know about DHL - no experience with them yet.
I refuse to be victimized by notions of virtuous behavior.
