Heres how I ended up with a Grendel. I was searching for something with more authority for coyotes than a 223 and the howa 1500 was on special, and thats the story. Happy so far and shooting through the PPU 120 HPs so I can reload the brass. I have interest in trying for a deer seeing all the great results. Im mainly chasing squirrels with a suppressed 22, however I still find myself adding some deer burger to the freezer. Looking forward to soaking up more Grendel reloading knowledge.
