If you really want to shoot for accuracy regardless of bolt action, lever, pump, single shot or semi...............................shoot off sand bags and stay away from sleds and the like.
As others have stated.....................barrel, receiver & trigger are the main players in accuracy. But if that scope isn't where it comfortably needs to be for you, it will show on paper.
Barrels, regardless of make or caliber can be fussy with what you put in their chamber. Especially on a new(er) build. OAL, bullet, bullet grain, powder, etc all play a role. The better the barrel quality, the less finicky the role the ammo plays.
Bad barrel manufacturers make bad barrels consistantly. Good barrel manufacturers make bad barrels infreaquently but, it can happen. I like Oden's barrels but it doesn't mean you may not have an issue.
