Now waiting for the courts to apply this to the so-called law in Oregon that requires $$ for a permit to buy a gun, and for limits on the magazine size that a gun might have. Clearly there was no limit to the "size of the magazine" in 1791! And setting aside the observation that no gun back then had a self-contained magazine, I would argue that the Revolutionary began when the British troops tried to "limit" (read, seize) the magazine, powder and all contents of the colonists' arms stored at Concord, Mass.
