Will try to remember next time. I was focused on the considerable task at hand. I fired the first shots at 9:30 AM and wasn't done with clean up until 6:30 PM. I am sore all over to boot. Perils of a successful trip when you are all alone, I suppose.
I expect to get a good deer and cow elk tag for rifle season next year based on my points. I want to spend at least part of the time hunting with Dad's marlin, but I will likely alternate with a grendel just because.
