Pistol bores are cleaned with a few patches dampened with Super Quick Clean Guns. The actions are cleaned thoroughly with the same stuff.
Rifle bores are cleaned after shooting with a few passes of a bore snake dampened with Super Quick Clean Guns. The actions are cleaned thoroughly with SQCG.
When cleaning the bores, it is as much to protect from rust than anything.
I used to be obsessive about cleaning all the copper out. I dont worry about it now and shoot better groups than I ever have before.Not sure if there is a causal relationship or not.
