LW-15 complete polymer lower

Many of my aluminum lowers are also tight and require a tool to remove the pins. So my poly lower is no different than some of my aluminum ones. In fact, one of my aluminum lowers has NEVER broken in, and remains ridiculously tight years later. I guess I should do a little work on that pin/hole. Add that to my already absurdly long to-do list.
