Your going to get several opinions on this forum but the most critical component is the barrel. Radical Firearms and Bear Creek Arsenal have more quality control issues than any other companies that sell AR-15 6.5 Grendel. I have never read any reviews about Pro2Atactical but without knowing the source of their barrels no way would I buy one.
The lowest budget 6.5 Grendel AR-15 I would buy is Palmetto State Armory. PSA has a 20 stainless 6.5 Grendel upper on sale for $399. You wont find a Quality prebuilt upper much cheaper. PSA does stand behind their products and what Id recommend. There are better barrels but the LaRue Tactical Ultimate uppers get very good reviews.

I saw where P2AT offers a 22 6.5 Grendel. My Son in Law has a 22 Lothar Walther 6.5 Grendel barrel and the velocity gain is 30 to 40 FPS on average over a 20 6.5 Grendel barrel. In most situations 40-50 FPS difference in velocity isnt enough difference to matter.
