The carrier, bolt, and upper are the only parts differences that Im aware of on the left-hand Stag receivers:

AR-15s with the brass deflector work quiet well for left-handers.
Left-handers have an advantage with bolt hold-open if their index fingers are long enough, and they use an ambiguous charge handle.
Its easy to install a LH mag release as well, which makes the lower ambi mag release.
