No need for the armourers. The NM has a noticeable block at the rear that the others don't. This is a picture from Geiselle's website.

If bought fully assembled it is unlikely to be a NM because that is their most expensive and wasted on the average plinker. It's more likely to be an SSA or an SSA-E. Regardless, they are all capable of bump fire if not firmly held, and trigger to the rear as part of the shot sequence.

This is an SSA-E which is probably what you have. It's greased up but you can see it doesn't have the NM block behind the Disconnector.
