Ruger American Predator not grouping well help!

So the second time I went to the range I shot one group with the brake and the other 3 without it & there was no real difference in accuracy just poi. I have it soaking overnight with some wipeout. It was heavily streaked with copper when I got home despite being squeaky clean when I went out this morning, I know some will form but this seemed excessive. I'm going to shoot it tomorrow from a rest & see if removing the bipod changes things. I'm obviously going to try and find other ammo and eventually load for it just snowballing ideas right now

Respectfully, you’ve tried 1 bullet, 1 type of ammo, out of an entry level/budget minded gun and are completely dumbfounded (my words, no yours) that it doesn’t shoot 1/2 MOA with that specific ammo? Hey, I don’t know want to put words in your mouth but, is that even close to what’s happening?
