I just got word back from Odin. They received my barrel/bolt and checked it out. Headspaced just fine, but said there was some wear on the back of the bolt lugs from the action with the light buffer. They also said the chamfer may have been a contributing factor. They are sending out a new barrel with a different chamfer. All in all, I'm pretty impressed with their customer service - they seemed thoughtful, and even checked out this thread. I'll let you know when it's back and I've had a chance to fire some downrange.
