I have a Gen 1 with the same reticle and thought it was going to be the answer but, I find the Chevron is too fine of an aiming point at 1X! For me and my 62 year old eyes, a simple 2-3 MOA Dot would be better and easier for me to focus on.
That chevron reticle may be a lot better at 3X ! Im tempted to try one those.
