Hornady says 29.1 grains is max with that combo, but both QL and GRT say that's a 64,000 plus PSI load.

Nosler says 29.5 grains with their 120 gr BT.

Weird.

Those who use QL or GRT to tell if a load is safe will sooner or later get a nasty surprise.

I have done enough calculations against published data to know that.

It is all the more insidious because QL generally over-predicts pressures for the Grendel. The few times where the pressure is under-predicted are where the nasty surprises lurk. . .
