I'm still seeing a combination of issues and it's still not clear which ones are the most likely. Excessive headspace is on the table for sure, but I need to understand by exactly how much? Is it 0.1", 0.01", or 0.001"? Because when I look at that distance as compared to the size of the feed cone depth, I don't see it mattering as much.
To me, the brass, feed cone depth, and headspace are all still on the table. I can't rule any one out.
