Well said grayfox. To me that thread is a second "data point" on the issue of having too much pressure at the head for the scenario of Lapua brass combined with an Odin barrel. (All other things equal.)

If it's not something that's going to make you avoid Lapua brass, it should at least be something to keep in mind as you push pressure limits with reloads with it. Or one could chalk it up to "anecdotal observation" and keep doing their thing.
