The stated load in the OP is not hot, given a normal chamber and the dimensions he has since posted that his chamber will allow.

I'm just saying it was relatively hot for OPs particular situation and barrel. And he exceeded what the manufacturer recommended. If he had stayed more safely below this he would have lowered his chances of a kaboom, in this scenario.

And I'm absolutely on board there are other factors besides this. For example it was a relatively hot load on a barrel that might have a slight chamber issue. Or it was a hot load relative to a piece of brass with a slight defect at the failure point.

"Hot" is relative and a spectrum, not all of a sudden absolute to me. When you push the pressure limits, you are going increase your probability of a kaboom. It might be fine for some cases, but it could stack on top of other factors.
