If a barrel maker cuts the feeding cone too deep/too long, it will not support the web.
Thats something to think about and another reason to avoid certain barrels.
There are several aspects of a TDP of sorts for 6.5 Grendel that need to be adhered to.
Departing from them can result in events like this.
We still havent seen the photos of the brass, bolt, etc., so it is premature to diagnose anything and start blaming brass, etc.
