I have also come to realize that one doesnt need the fastest bullet. An accurate compact and lightweight rifle usually gets the job done better than a rifle with long barrel weighing a bit more.
Thats because one is less tired when the time comes to use the rifle in the field.
Being less fatigued means better control of the sight picture and trigger squeeze.
