We got Toolcraft to make us a special run of 20-serration, slick-sided, idiot-proof, Eugene Stoner-approved bolt carriers.
Our bolt carrier group is the pinnacle of 6.5 Grendel / 6mm ARC bolt carrier value. We start with our slick-sided, idiot-proof bolt carrier made for us by Toolcraft one of the most respected names in the bolt carrier business. Then we give the option of adding our industry-leading Ultrabolt (an improved bolt body plus improved extractor) that is the strongest .136 Type 2 65G/6A bolt shooters can get. To finish it off, we also offer the option of the pins kit to make a complete 6.5 Grendel / 6mm ARC bolt carrier group.
BOLT CARRIER
Carrier M16-style body machined from aircraft-quality 8620 steel, black nitride surface finish
Carrier key machined from 4130 steel, black nitride surface finish, properly staked using Grade 8 screws
Carrier is slick-sided with 20 serrations on the tail where they belong to work with a forward assist, and none on the head where they would only make a jam worse; removing them from the head makes these carriers idiot-proof
You get the added benefit of not having to pick grit and crap out of the serrations that are exposed to the elements in the ejection port and there are no serrations to shuck that grit and crap back into the receiver every time the bolt cycles. Just wipe clean!
Finally, and most important, slick-sided carriers make Eugene Stoner smile from his grave, presenting a smooth retro look as he intended, for St. Stoner was mightily displeaseth by the heretical forward assist General Wheeler Button (just to be clear, these DO work with a forward assist best of both worlds kind of thing)

UltraBolt body machined from 9310 VAR (Vacuum Arc Remelt) steel by the original manufacturer chosen by 6.5 Grendel engineer Bill Alexander, expertly heat treated (the secret to 9310s superior performance is in the heat treat), black nitride surface finish
Our exclusive UltraBolt bolt body is engineered with a couple of proprietary strength-improving elements that nobody else has at any price. At our price, these are a STEAL!
Our exclusive UltraBolt extractor is machined to our proprietary strength-improving design from 4140 steel, mil-spec shot-peened (we dont cut corners on this important step to help prevent micro-cracks from starting) and with a manganese phosphate surface treatment to resist the elements
Our fully-assembled bolts, of course, include mil-spec extractor spring, insert buffer, Navy SEALs Crane-quality Viton® O-ring, pivot pin, and ejector pin and spring
Bolt has a Mk136 .136 boltface counterbore (otherwise known as Type 2); make sure your barrel is headspaced for a Mk136, Type 2, 6.5 Grendel / 6mm ARC bolt
