i have compared the load data from reliable sources of the 2 different powders and when comparing apples to apples as to components they are really close but definetly not the same. i was looking for data to load the 458 SOCOM and it led me to the 4895 powders both of which have a use in the 458 SOCOM. back when things were a bit more normal i ordered alot of the H4895 as i didnt find the IMR4895 and made adjustments to data and worked up a very good load for my SOCOM using 300 grain bullets really glad i have as much as i do now for that round!
