The bullet makes me scratch my head a bit. The bullet length, base to ogive and weight, exhibit considerable variation. Don't have the distribution numbers in front of me from measuring and weighing the first 500 but could post it if useful to others. Didn't measure bearing surface length and wouldn't unless I used an optical comparator. Consistency of diameter for a 20 pc. sample, measured with a Mitutoyo blade mic, exhibited no more .0002" variation. Sure flies good for for all the variation.
In the JP barrel, .022 -.027" bullet jump seems to work great. Gives me a cbto of 1.770-1.775".
The 6SigmaLilja barrel hasn't seen as much work with the bullet yet. It printed some 3 rd cloverleafs at 100m with the box ammo. Will be great if it likes the same load as the JP. Sometime soon, should get some of the Prvi brass proofed, see how it holds up.
