Can’t speak for the predator but the ranch is an excellent low cost accurate rifle. Mine consistently shoots well under 1” 5 shot @ 100 metre groups with hand loads. IMR8208XBR is the most accurate powder in mine with 100grain ELD-M or 100 grain Nosler hunters. Low recoil, short handy rifle for my SxS or pickup gun. In Canada we can’t have guns suppressed so it is loud and hearing protection is a must. I smoothed the action with grinding compound paste and cycled the action a few hundred times it’s now smooth as glass. No paste on locking lugs though. Also trimmed 1 coil off the trigger spring. One of my favourite guns at the moment.
