Maybe I should have stated this earlier but, my goal is to build the most accurate Hunting ammo, for the least amount of sweat equity! Cost is secondary, (well, kind of) at least for me, YMMV! 
Time is money! (time is the real cost for me) I dont mind paying a little more up front so I can cut corners and still maintain superior accuracy! In fact, thats my goal! Right? I also dont mind mind buying quality factory ammo.
