Can't say that I've fired Grendelized 7.62x39 brass, but at least a dry test shows it fits.
Not all 7.62x39 brass will fit in the Grendel bolt, ultra or standard. Their rims are too wide. I have a mixed head stamp bunch of x39 brass I intend to fire form & then use as functioning dummies after resizing. Their rim diameters ran anywhere from .439" to .445". Any rims over .441" would not fit in Grendel bolts. The cases with rims over .441" were chucked in a mini lathe & trimmed to .440".
