This happens regardless of cartridge, and is more a factor of shearing and/or bad metallurgy/construction.
There has to be a fair amount of slop in the extractor left-right, otherwise it would seize.
A good way to help prevent lateral or torsional shearing is to make sure the lips dont have sharp corners on them, otherwise they bind up on the case rim.
I was shooting Wolf steel ammo. Of course I had pulled the bullet and replaced it with a 129 gr. Hornady SP and a mild load of ARComp. When I replace the extractor I will check for those issues.
