AZHTF, go ahead and tear it down and send it back. This is a warranty issue and it's my own damn fault. Port on 16 may be fine if you're only shooting full-power Hornady, or such, or suppressed, but it's too small for Wolf and light bullets.
Simple solution is to drill them to the standard .076, but for a big batch that's a process and takes a while.

The last 12 inch barrel I got from you, I just got set up and been having gas issues. Nearly 100% it's a crap gas block that's the issue but always like to cover my bases.
