Bullet trajectory - different weight bullets

Back a few years or so, I decided that I needed a scope with an illuminated reticle. I bought a couple of Vortex Viper PST ffp scopes, one was 4-16 and the other was 6-24. Still have the 4-16, but the illumination is too bright, even at the lowest setting. Next up was a Vortex Crossfire Hog Hunter scope, which had decent illumination, but it quickly broke. Next was the VX5 3-15 Firedot with CDS and it ticked all the boxes. And later, trying to save a few bucks, I got an Athlon Midas 2.5-15, and it’s a very nice scope with good illumination and a good reticle. This last rifle, I went back to the VX5 and the Firedot.

The Athlon Midas, I must say, has been a real nice scope. It’ll stay on the 223 AR.
