Welcome to the forum Dub! You didnt mention your AR-15 barrel length but you can get close to 2450 FPS with a 16.

Here are some velocities I got with a Magnettospeed chronograph on a 70 degree day with different length barrels. These velocities are close to what I get with Hornady 123 grain ELD-M factory ammo.

Hand Load 123 Grain Nosler CC, 31.0 grains CFE223, CCI 450

16" 2449

18" 2471

20" 2526

24" 2619
