If I was in your situation fdbyrne78 I’d take a close look at the ejector. Is the tip rounded or is it beat up. You might consider clipping a couple coils off the ejector spring. It is not unheard of to get ejector swipe just because you have a long ejector or a stout spring. I’d compare the ejector and springs between your different AR-15 bolts. I think your ejector swipe is not consistent with some of the velocities which I think are well below 52,000 psi.

I have one 6.5 Grendel AR-15 that marks the brass more than my others. If your primer edges are still round and not flat plus good consistent ejection I think I’d do some investigation on the ejector. There are forum members who trim coils off their ejector spring to get less damage to their brass.
