What stock are you useing?

Honestly a lower scope mount will be best.

For my two ARs I consider 'precision' (and I use that term loosely), I have Nightforce Ultralight Unimounts that are 1.125 high (SKU: A190). I don't believe anyone makes a lower mount. This is too low for most people and not the best for 'heads up' tactical work. Still, I find it perfect for an solid cheek well on a Magppul MOE rifle stock. I'm not have to constantly re-adjust my position. I get on the gun and the sight picture is just there.

If you're using a Magpul CTR, Larue makes a check riser. It is tall and not adjustable, but if your rings are higher than 1.5, you might like it. (Edit: it also fits the carbine MOE).

Otherwise, I think your stuck with a Luth AR, Magpul PRS or something similar.
