There's data for it on both Hodgdon's site and in the old Western Powders handbook. You won't get max velocity, but if you're target shooting, paper and steel don't care about velocity. I'm finishing up 2 lbs I bought to work through some gnarly 80 gr pulls out of my 243 LBC at an extremely pedestrian 2700 and it worked just fine for the purpose (practice on steel to 300 yds). I did find it to be rather filthy, but I'm an admitted extruded powder snob.
