Personally, I don't feel that LE or government should be a privileged class of citizen. I already experience severe infringements on my 2a rights with the same BS logic. Look up the california handgun roster, for every gun added 2 must be removed. Anyone can do that math, the end sum is you will eventually be able to purchase 0 new handguns guns over time. Seems pretty straight cut to me that the entire intent is to remove my 2a rights while "they" (state officials, law enforcement, etc) remain unimpacted. I thought we were past segregation, but here we are.... only now it's about the color of the uniform and there is not even a sham attempt at calling it equality.
