Thank you, bakabone25. I have fond memories of getting the best cracklin around in your area. During the Katrina Cleanup for the EPA (as a Contractor not an employee), I stopped in Breaux Bridge to get some cracklin for one of my Cajun fellow workers. When I surprised him with it, he almost wept.
