I read your post 3 times because I felt like I was missing something.

When you say “GRT”, can you provide more reference to what that source is? How did they determine their pressure readings?

.224 AR has been a wildcat that Robert Whitley has been offering complete uppers and load data for during the past 13 years.



Here’s a PDF of some of the load testing he did.

I would use his start loads and then work up some pressure ladders in .2gr increments to get an idea of how it builds pressure/velocity relative to charge weight increases.
