give your favorite barrel maker a call and decide on the barrel you want. (Brux, Bartlein, Kreiger, Lilja, Pac-Nor, Shilen,Hart, etc.)

ask your local gunsmith if he can rebarrel a howa mina action (metric). Sometimes the barrel makers are also setup to rebarrel bolt actions as well. ask.
