the reason I posted those three targets is to show two things
1. that you can get decent groups with mfg suggested seating depths
2. the first stage in load development is not seating depth but is finding a powder and charge that gets you a decent ES/SD
once you have that then you can start adjusting the bullet in or out in .003 increments to tweak the harmonics. Groups will be either horizontal, vertical, or round. Adjust seating depth in .003 increments until the groups go round.
Precision reloading is simple. Don't over complicate it. I have no idea where the bullets in those targets are in relationship to the throat. I don't care becasue all I care about is how they print on target.
