Looking to build my first 6.5 grendel ar

Thanks everyone for the advice, i only plan to shoot maybe 200 rds a year, closest long range facility 200+ yards is about a 2 hour drive. I guess im just not wanting to be that invested into it. Its just hard to spend more than $500-600 on a upper when i can get a ruger 6.5 bolt gun for $500-600. Especially knowing i will have to spend $300 for a decent scope
